Controlled Installation, Evidenced Delivery

DENNBUILD plans and records its work to meet the requirements agreed for each project and the expectations of the principal contractor’s management system.

Before work starts

• Review issued drawings, specifications, programme and scope boundaries.

• Prepare and brief project-specific RAMS.

• Confirm operative competence, supervision and relevant CSCS, CPCS or NPORS evidence where applicable.

• Review COSHH, HAVS, lifting, plant, access and environmental controls.

• Agree inspection points, records and reporting requirements.

During installation

• Daily coordination and task briefings.

• Plant pre-use checks and applicable inspection and lifting records.

• Installation checks against line, level, profile, reinforcement and drainage details.

• Photographic progress and daily reporting.

• Hold-point inspections and prompt reporting of discrepancies or unsuitable materials.

• Protection of completed work and defect close-out.

Quality checks and reporting

Project controls can include daily labour and progress records, installation checks, photographs, delivery or batch references where required, hold-point sign-offs, as-built information and defect close-out. Exact records are aligned with the contractor’s ITP and QA requirements.

Credentials and evidence

Accreditation, insurance and workforce-competence statements will be displayed only when current evidence, expiry details and artwork permissions have been confirmed.
